Donation Refund & Cancellation Policy As a registered Canadian charity (80417 0009 RR0001), Book Clubs For Inmates follows the guidelines established by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA).

• Refunds: Under Canadian law, a completed gift is generally irrevocable. However, we will consider refund requests in exceptional circumstances, such as technical errors or unauthorized transactions.
• Recurring Donations: You may cancel a monthly donation at any time by providing 10 days’ notice before the next scheduled payment.
• Tax Receipts: If a donation is refunded, any tax receipt issued for that donation becomes null and void.
